School Night Performance

The three sisters performed on Monday night. Here they are relaxing before going on.

Yonezawa live

The Sisters are preparing for a performance for the first time in Yonezawa city next weekend. Yonezawa is a beautiful historical city with great hot springs and food.

Interview

The sisters get interviewed during practice at home. The show will air on Sakuranbo TV (Fuji network) at 6:25 pm on this Friday the 26th in Yamagata.

on TV

The Sisters are currently being filmed for a short TV show by a Yamagata TV station (Sakuranbo). The TV crew accompanied them to their lesson in Sendai, to their last performance and next will go to their school. The sisters are a little embarrassed by all the attention but it motivates them to play better each time. The show will air this coming Friday afternoon.

Sho live

The sisters attended Sho Asano's live concert in Yamagata. Sho turned pro this year. The sisters are taught by the same "sensei." They hope to be as good as he is someday.

Cafe Concert

The sisters will perform for a reservation only cafe concert in October at a beautiful pension/hotel up at Zao Hot Spring. The pension hotel is right next to the ski slopes and onsen (hot spring). This weekend

This sisters will be attending Sho Asano's concert in Yamagata this Saturday night and then have their hotel part-time job in Sunday night. Sho and the sisters have the same teacher. The sister's really want to participate in the Osaka Tsugaru Shamisen Competition in December but will probably have to skip it this year due budget constraints.

Kaminoyama

The sisters played at their part-time job at KOYO again this weekend. There were a lot of guests there this time watching in their Yukatas (summer kimono). Kyla had a fever during this performance and had to fight through but she did well. Next week they will play there again.

Night Stage

The sisters played at night at an ONSEN (hot spring) resort hotel. All three took turns talking between their songs. The guests especially enjoyed HANAGASA which is the traditional song for Yamagata. Several people were dancing and singing along !
